HelpBnk is a community-powered platform giving entrepreneurs free, peer-sourced help and rewards, connecting founders worldwide so they can get unstuck, share knowledge, and grow together.

The role

This is a brilliant entry point into the startup and community world for someone early in their career. You'll work behind the scenes supporting the Head of Community across two areas: community support and events.

It's a blended role, ideal for someone who likes variety and wants to be in a fast-growing ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Support day-to-day community activity across HelpBnk's channels (platform, Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok), supporting members.
  • Help plan, organise and deliver virtual and in-person HelpBnk events, including but not limited to:
    • Organising event invitations, keeping the event page on the platform up to date, collating guest lists and managing guest communications.
    • Event planning administration, including populating run-sheets, logistics documentation and health & safety.
    • Supporting onsite event delivery, including managing suppliers and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support the Community Manager and ambassadorship with admin and coordination tasks.
  • Help track community activity and build reporting systems for the Head of Community.

What we're looking for

  • An individual with an interest in community, events, or social media.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling different types of tasks.
