About DreamBrew

DreamBrew is a ready-to-drink iced coffee brand founded by entrepreneur Simon Squibb, built to fuel dreams and fund them. DreamBrew is bigger than the product. 10% of profits from every can goes into the Dream Fund, which has already put more than £500,000 behind real dreams through funding, mentorship and opportunity.

You will join while the brand is still being shaped: working alongside the founders, influencing what we do next and helping turn ideas into campaigns, events and community moments. You will also gain exposure to influential founders, creators and entrepreneurs across Simon Squibb and HelpBnk's wider network.

The opportunity

We are looking for an organised, energetic and resourceful all-rounder who can help keep DreamBrew's marketing and brand activity moving. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen and is equally comfortable coordinating the detail and getting involved on the ground.

One day you might be preparing products for a sampling activation; the next, updating the content calendar, briefing a designer, organising creator gifting or filming behind-the-scenes content. Social media is an important part of the role, alongside the broader coordination needed to bring the brand to life.

What you'll help build

  • Social channels and community. Run DreamBrew's day-to-day presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other agreed channels, including publishing content, responding to routine comments and messages, resharing relevant posts and escalating sensitive issues.
  • Content planning. Work with the Marketing Manager to maintain the content calendar, coordinating ideas, assets and deadlines.
  • Content creation. Spot and capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments with the founders, creators and partners, both day to day and at events. Film on a phone, edit short-form video in CapCut and turn footage into timely, platform-ready content.
  • Marketing project coordination. Keep campaign and partnership activity moving by maintaining plans and timelines, coordinating contributors and approvals, and briefing designers, editors and freelancers.
  • Events and activations. Help plan and deliver pop-ups, sampling activity, partner events and community experiences, supporting everything from preparation and logistics to on-the-day delivery.
  • Samples, orders and creator gifting. Manage marketing-related products and orders, including stock, addresses, dispatch and delivery tracking.
  • Research and reporting. Gather basic channel and campaign results and research creators, trends, venues, competitors and potential opportunities.
  • Flexible team support. Jump into whatever the week requires. DreamBrew is an early-stage business, so the role will evolve quickly and reward initiative.

Who you are

  • Energised by startups, founders and the chance to build something before the playbook exists.
  • Genuinely excited by DreamBrew's mission and motivated by the impact the brand can create.
  • Social media savvy, culturally curious and naturally tuned into platform trends, formats, creators and conversations.
  • Comfortable filming on a phone and using CapCut to create engaging short-form content quickly.
  • A great communicator, written and verbal.
  • Driven and self-managing. We're hiring for initiative and drive over specific skills or a polished CV.
  • Highly organised, self-starting and comfortable working at pace in an early-stage business where plans can change quickly.
  • Creative, curious and confident contributing ideas, while equally happy handling the detail required to deliver them.

Bonus, not a dealbreaker

  • A passion for products and consumer brands, or experience in a product-based business.

What you'll get

  • A genuine voice in building DreamBrew from its earliest chapter.
  • Access to an influential network of founders, creators and ambitious people.
  • The freedom to test ideas and own more as you grow.
  • A central London base and a team that values energy, initiative and impact.

You shouldn't apply if

  • You're looking for a predictable 9-to-5 with a fixed, narrow remit.
